And easy ways to make home fireworks. And it's not illegal to read it, it's illegal to do it. lol
Yes, of course, it is certainly legal to read such things. And there is no need to worry that your visits to such a site are being automatically monitored and analyzed by a sophisticated algorithim that cross references with your phone records, the credit bureaus, and airlines.
