I am not sure what you are trying to get across. Quickly, the woman in Georgia was give a $100 ticket for a bumper sitcker on here car that stated: "I am sick of this Bush Shit"
She appealed and the fine was removed. Now she is suing for emotional damages. It is a frivolous lawsuit.

Here my opinion of "Freedom of speach", freedom of speach is a burden because sounds cool and is cool, but some people is not prepared for it, when people is not prepared for it, they misuse it openly, is like giving a child an emerald, they obviously don't know what to do with it.
Or when some blog admin will just send out an invite to be a contributor to ANYONE.
Freedom of Speech is the ability to speak freely, without fear of government sanction, what's the issue?
oh is so funny that you don't see it... lol, there will always be an issue because people want to speak up but people don't want to hear it, oh is a very deep issue that not everybody sees it, is like the Christmas, x-max, issue...
is like the problem on picking songs at school cause its sooo diverse that none wants to hear what is not their own thing...
yeah the worst lie every is to open a debate for something, knowing that at the end what was debated didn't end in an improvement that helped both parties, but just an inforcement of what each party walked in with.

As for my opinion of fredom of speach, oh I got to the conclusion that people that is very smart are far from reading into stuff, yeah that is my opinion about freedom of speach, and also was clear that sucks when people don't know how to use it and demostrate their level of low education... that is why I made the post so people like this can show how useless they could be and how they opinion can contribute zero to a good cause.
That is the beauty of freedom of speech, you ability to spout idiocy, racism, and nutty philosophies.
