Speak up Americans!

Will we still be the Country of choice and still be America if we continue
to make the changes forced on us by the people from other countries that
came to live in America because it is the Country of Choice??????
Think about it!

All we have to say is, when will they do something about MY RIGHTS?

I celebrate Christmas...........but because it isn't celebrated by everyone.
............we can no! longer say Merry Christmas. Now it has to be Season's
Greetings.

It's not Christmas vacation, it's Winter Break. Isn't it amazing how this
winter break ALWAYS occurs over the Christmas holiday?

We've gone so far the other way, bent over backwards to not offend anyone,
that I am now being offended. But it seems that no one has a problem with
that.

This says it all!

This is an editorial written by an

American citizen, published in a

Tampa newspaper. He did quite a job; didn't he? Read on, please!

IMMIGRANTS,

NOT AMERICANS,

MUST ADAPT.

I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we

are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks
on Sept. 11,

we have experienced a surge

in patriotism by the majority

of Americans. However...... the dust from the attacks had

barely settled when the "politically correct! " crowd began complaining
about

the possibility that our patriotism was offending others.

I am not against immigration, nor do I hold a grudge against anyone who is
seeking a better life by coming to ! America.

Our population is almost entirely made up of descendants of immigrants.

However, there

are a few things that those

who have recently come to

our country, and apparently some born here , need to understand.

This idea of America being a

multicultural community

has served only to dilute our sovereignty and our national identity. As
Americans......

we have our own culture, our

own society, our own language and our own lifestyle. This culture has been
developed over centuries of struggles, trials, and victories by millions of
men and women who have sought freedom.

We speakENGLISH , not Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese,
Russian, or any other language.

Therefore, if you wish to become part

of our society, learn the language!

"In God We Trust" is our national motto. This is not some Christian, right
wing, political slogan.. We adopted this motto because Christian men and
women.......on Christian principles.............

founded this nation..... and this is clearly documented.

It is certainly appropriate to display it

on the walls of our schools.

If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as

your new home.........because

God is part of our culture.

If Stars and Stripes offend you, or

you don't like Uncle Sam, then you

should seriously consider a move

to another part of this planet.

We

are happy with our culture and have

no desire to change, and we really

don't care how you did things where

you came from.

This is

OUR COUNTRY,

our land, and our lifestyle.

Our First Amendment gives every citizen the

right to express his opinion and we

will allow you every opportunity to do so!

But once you are done complaining....... whining..... . and griping....
about our flag.......

our pledge...... our national motto........or our

way of life....I highly encourage you to

take advantage of one other Great American Freedom......

THE RIGHT TO LEAVE.

BS. Christian ideology did not form this country. Our founding fathers were not "Christian" most of them were Masons.

I agree that if one comes to a country one should conform to the countries norms, hell If I moved to France I would learn to speak French.

Oh man, this kind of tripe requires a counter post, not just a simply comment. That's going to take a me a little time.

I'll see if I can light this baby up by this evening.

Thanks, I was beginning to worry I had run out of things to spew vitriol at.

Malach, Masons in those times, all though secular humanists, were Christian, and Masonic rites are heavy on Christian symbolism. And more than half of our founding fathers were NOT masons.

Wow, that post is ugly in it's content, and, even more disturbingly, ugly in the formatting. Take a second to either post the link or clean up the formatting.

George Washington was a Mason, which, I believe I never learned in k-12.

Even more shocking, did you know that Jesus was Jewish? But, not a Mason. But maybe some of his kids were, I'll have to ask Dan Brown.

If we are speaking about Christmas etc etc , well obviously the 1st presidents and other governors that 1st rose here in US were Christians, you can tell by all their sayings and scripts carved in all their monuments, I agree with YPG, is funny how people from today are trying to get reid of all the "GOD" or "JESUS" wording from the monuments just because someone that didn't share the same believes feel ofended. I also think that the origins should be left intact. You don't like it? Okay just ignore it but if you don't like it means you don't like the root of this country.
Masons? lol maybe now but not before...

Actually, Toyi, it is a well documented fact that the Masons were heavily involved in Colonial life.

Most interesting to me, is that some Masonic Orders actually had members in both armies in the Revolution. So you had brother Masons fighting each other as British and Continental soldiers.

In one case that I know of, an American commander captured a British units position and found masonic lodge equipment - he returned it to the British.

Later, in the 1800's, the Masons were persecuted and membership dramatically declined. Today, they are little more than a charitable organization.

@ Toyi:- I didn't write that, why should I? im not even American!
It's just something i copey pasted.

I just thought I'd share it with you people.

Angry Vetran, well you are right Masons existed since while ago, but I just dodn't have an exact timing about when exactly started because Masosn orgs were extrremely secret, still believe the 1st colony families were not into it as soonest they landed in US, but I take your highlights!
