Death? Death?! That's the greatest name this guy could think of? It sounds like the title of a poem written by a freshman who thinks Evanescence and a Hot Topic wardrobe makes him "cool."
Yeah, why not Cannibal Corpse or something!
And then Dave Mustaine had to outdo him with MEGAdeth.
Complete with intentional misspellings, even. With a misplaced, unpronounced umlaut over a random letter or two there would be a metal triumvirate!

we all make fun of death metal band names, is hilarious... I was just reviewing teen conversations about bands.
Incantation, Entombed, Impending Doom, Impetigo (uhh I hated that one I really thought they were freaks), Carcass lol C.O.D. Morbit Angel. eh eh was more comic than anything else.
It doesn't take away the quality of the band, I love it.
Death metal.....and no one has mentioned Testament yet? Or Slayer?
I loved testament, the guitarrist is pretty good, Slayer ... I was used to like it before I found out how blasphemous they were so I dumped all about them, now that I speak english is hard to ignore their lyrics. The "No Mercy" was my favority album back then.
