Well you can say it how you want, but the song is saying "Christmas" that is it...lol
I use XMas, because it is much quicker and easier to write than Christmas. I always find it funny when people complain about that using "taking the Christ out of Christmas" debate. All and X is is a cross is it not?
^ that is probably your personal reason but not "The" one, I don't complaint for people not using the Christ word, but I think is stupid to call "X" a song that clearnly has the "Christ" word in it.
The X-mas is used for people that "do not" believe in Christ and is fine, but if the reason you use it is because you are lazy is fine.
I think I got my point across.
Most of holiday songs are Christ inspired, I think X mas people should have their own songs inspired on their believes cause other wise what is the point of not pronouncing the word Christ cause is not what they believe but listening and singing "Christmas songs? lol well here my deep thinking. I just think is incoherent... that is all.
Well at least I know the reason why you do it, but I just wanted to bring that point accross cause this is Toyi.
